Increase flow rate of viscous heat sensitive materials with a safe, efficient Electric Drum Heater

MODEL LIM-30

The WRAP-IT-HEAT® Model LIM-30 Drum Heater, is specifically designed to assist the flow of
viscous materials contained in a High Density Polyethylene plastic drum. Model LIM-30 is for
standard 30 gallon drums with a diameter 18-1/2".

EXPO ENGINEERED Model LIM-30 5” Wide Drum Heater for plastic drums is a 120 volts AC
heater rugged aluminum steel construction. The heating band is covered with an insulated
shroud. The heat delivered to the drum does not exceed 165°F as recommended by plastic drum
manufacturers. This is accomplished with a pre-set bi metal thermostat mounted directly on the
heating band. LIM-30 is activated with an easily accessible on/off switch.
Model LIM-30 is equipped with a spring loaded toggle clamp for snug fit, on/off indicator light, 6
foot power cord and 3 wire plug for grounded operation. FOR INDOOR USE ONLY.
LIM-30 is to be used to heat NON-FLAMMABLE, NON-COMBUSTIBLE materials only in a NON-
HAZARDOUS area.

The WRAP-IT-HEAT Model LIM-30 Drum Heater is U.L. Listed and C.S.A. Certified.

MODEL LIM-16




The WRAP-IT-HEAT® Model LIM-16 Drum Heater, is specifically designed to assist the flow of
viscous materials contained in a High Density Polyethylene plastic drum. Model LIM-16 is for
standard 16 gallon drums with a diameter 14-1/2".

EXPO ENGINEERED Model LIM-16 5” Wide Drum Heater for plastic drums is a 120 volts AC
heater rugged aluminum steel construction. The heating band is covered with an insulated
shroud. The heat delivered to the drum does not exceed 165°F as recommended by plastic drum
manufacturers. This is accomplished with a pre-set bi metal thermostat mounted directly on the

The WRAP-IT-HEAT® Model LIM-5 Pail Heater, is specifically designed to assist the flow of
viscous materials contained in a High Density Polyethylene plastic pail. Model LIM-5 is for
standard 5 gallon pails with a diameter 11-1/4".

EXPO ENGINEERED Model LIM-5 5” Wide Pail Heater for plastic pails is a 120 volts AC heater
rugged aluminum steel construction. The heating band is covered with an insulated shroud. The
